I agree with the Brazilian president and ACCA that COP15 should be high on the agenda of world’s leaders. They should attend the conference in person and immediately chalk out the plan for a post-Kyoto era. I have studied the ACCA report 'The UN Climate Change Conference, 2009 (COP15)'. The suggestions given by ACCA are excellent to make a comprehensive plan to keeping a focus on the issue of climate change at national and global level in developed and developing countries.
I believe the greatest contribution developing countries can make is to control the growth of their population and educate their people about the effects of global warming.
