My lecturer told me and my peers that the recent article written by our examiner Bob Ryan on 'Toxic Assets' is a must read! Although I do not advise anyone to speculate on the possible exam questions, as I simply feel that the topics related to the credit crisis are quite important in the forth coming exam. I also think that if this topic happened to be an exam question, it wouldn't be exactly the same as the article, and probably more difficult.
I have drawn a mind map describing the process of the credit crisis and I have gained much by drawing this. Therefore I wish to share with you this mind map. I also suggest you to read Bob's article on 'Toxic Assets' before reading the mind map.
Reading sequence of the mind map should be as follows:
1. Home owners
2. Lenders
3. Investment banks
4. Credit rating agency and Credit default swap
5. Investors
6. Dooms-day
7. Solutions

Good luck for the exam!
